Reading:
I enjoy reading books about mental health and learning about the life experiences of others through memoirs. Although I prefer nonfiction, I enjoy novels by Elif Shafak.
Volunteering:
Some of my most incredible experiences and fondest memories are of my volunteer work with children and individuals with disabilities. Each child I've met has taught me something that has been a part of my personal and professional growth.
Personal development courses:
I enjoy taking online personal and professional development courses during my free time. Two of the best courses I've taken on Coursera include "The Science of Well-being" and "Learning how to Learn."
Travel:
I love learning about different cultures through tasting their food and going where the locals go.
Fitness:
